Jumper Settings (JP1, JP2)
Open = 0 volts (default)
Short 1-2 = 5V @ pin 9
Short 2-3 = 12V @ pin 9
Note: Most serial devices do not require additional
power through the serial port. Consult your serial
device's manual for more information. The jumpers
may be placed onto one pin to prevent loss.
