Driver Installation
This section provides information on how to install the
1S1P Mini PCIe with 16950 UART drivers.
Windows 7 (32-/64-bit) / Server 2008 R2
1. Right click Computer , click Manage , and click
Device Manager .
2. Insert the driver CD.
Note : Close the CD AutoPlay box if prompted.
3. Right click PCI Parallel Port , and click Update
Driver Software .
4. Click Browse my computer for driver software .
5. Type D:\Win_7\Win7_Parallel , and click Next .
(Change D: to match your CD/DVD-ROM drive
letter)
6. Click Install at the windows security window.
7. Click Close at the successfully installed window.
8. Go back to Device Manager , right click PCI Serial
Port , and click Update Driver Software .
9. Click Browse my computer for driver software .
10. Type in the route for serial port:
For 32-bit : Type D:\Win_7\Win7_Uart\x86 .
(Change D: to match your CD/DVD-ROM drive
letter)
For 64-bit : Type D:\Win_7\Win7_Uart\amd64 .
(Change D: to match your CD/DVD-ROM drive
letter)
11. Click Next , click Install , and click Close to complete
the installation.
