Before First Use
Prior to using your Entertainment System, please read all safety and operating instructions thoroughly.
Please ensure you follow the steps below before using this product. We recommend you keep the
original packaging for storing your Entertainment System when not in use.
1. Unpack the product but keep all packaging material until you have made sure your new
Entertainment System is undamaged and in good working order. Plastic wrapping can be a
suffocation hazard for babies and young children so ensure all packaging materials are out of their
reach.
2. Remove the twist-tie which is securing the electrical cord. Uncoil the cord and straighten it to
remove any kinks. Do not use the product if the cord, plug or unit is damaged, please call the After
Sales Support line for further advice.
3. Please remember that the Entertainment System has wheels for easy portability. At times, a wheel
chock or brick may have to be used to ensure that it doesn't roll around or shift position.
4. Plug the AC power cord into the AC power input located on the back of the Entertainment System,
then plug into an appropriate power outlet and turn on.
5. To install batteries into the remote control, slide the battery cover down on the back of the remote
control. Check the inside of the remote control battery chamber for the polarity symbols, then
insert the 2 x AAA batteries that have been provided.
6. To install batteries into the microphone, grasp the top of the microphone with one hand and rotate
the bottom anticlockwise to unscrew and access the battery compartment. Check the inside of the
microphone battery chamber for the polarity symbols, then insert the 2 x AA batteries that have
been provided.
NOTE: Please pay attention to the polarity markings before inserting the batteries into the remote
control and microphone.
NOTE: Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of battery (alkaline, carbon-zinc or
rechargeable), or rechargeable batteries of different capacities. Mixing different types of battery
could cause battery leaks or ruptures.
WARNING:
Keep batteries away from children. If you suspect a battery may have been swallowed,
seek immediate medical assistance.
