Insert any DryLoc electrode into base of the 2760 and turn
until keyed contacts are seated.

Thread retaining cap over electrode and hand-tighten onto
2760.
•
A light coat of a non-petroleum based lubricant on the O-ring
will ease the installation.

Keep the DryLoc electrical interconnection between electrode
and preamplifier dry and clean at all times.

Attach

in. watertight pipe to the top of the 2760. Secure the
threaded connection to prevent any leakage.

For additional defense against possible accumulation of
condensation at the back seal area of the 2760, fill the lower
3-4 inches (75-100 mm) of conduit or extension pipe with a
flexible sealant such as silicone.

Any combination of 2760 and electrode can be installed in a tank or vessel if conditions are within pressure and temperature
specifications. The 2760 is able to withstand fluid temperatures up to 85°C, but the maximum tolerance of the electrodes varies. Check
the specifications of each component before installation.
