For free training and lap training there
are 3 target zones available.
The training zones are based on the following
objectives:
1st training zone
–> Approx. 55-70 % of HR max.
Regeneration training, training the metabolism. More fat
than carbohydrate is burned at low intensity for longer
periods.
2nd training zone
–> Approx. 70-80 % of HR max.
Heart circulation training to improve the aerobic
performance.
3rd training zone
–> 80-100 % of HR max.
Performance oriented competition training
Pressing the PLUS/MINUS buttons during training
enables you to switch between the training values.
