After the end of the turn-off countdown, the refrigeration unit will be 
switched off and the centrifuge lid will be opened so that any remaining 
moisture can dry. The display continues to show "Eco". 

 

 

Changing the turn-off time or deactivating the Eco mode 

To change the turn-off time, the centrifuge must be at a standstill and the 
centrifuge lid must be open. 
•  Turn the function knob to position the cursor in the time field so that 

"Set" will be displayed. 

•  Press the start button three times and hold it for approximately 

2 seconds when pressing it the last time. 

The display shows the turn-off time:

In the default factory settings, the Eco mode is active with a turn-off time of 
4 hours. The value can be preselected in a range between 0.5 h and 8 h 
and in steps of 30 minutes. 
•  Preselect the desired turn-off time by turning the function knob. 
•  The Eco mode can be deactivated by selecting a value below the lowest 

value of 30 minutes.

•  Confirm the selection by pressing the function knob. 
The Eco mode will no longer be displayed.

Proceed in the same manner in order to reactivate the Eco mode.
