If monitoring does not start when pressing the
key, one of the
following reasons may apply:
•
Another screen than the main screen is present
•
GUI locked by passcode.
•
Battery level too low.
5.2.1.
Sensor Test
While entering the monitoring mode, the vibration sensor will be tested by
activating an electronic pulse and then evaluating the response of the
sensor signal. The purpose of this sensor test is to check that:
•
The vibration sensor works as it should.
•
Your instrument is correctly mounted.
If the test pulse from the vibration sensor indicates error:
•
An error symbol will be displayed.
•
The error will be communicated to INFRA Net.
•
Monitoring will continue.
The test pulses and analyzed results are saved and communicated to
INFRA Net.
5.3.
Stop Monitoring
To stop monitoring (assuming display is on), press
and acknowledge
with
. The monitoring symbol will be grayed out.
If the instrument is recording when monitoring off is selected, the
recording will be completed before monitoring is stopped. Once
monitoring is stopped, the instrument will communicate to INFRA Net
and update the instrument’s new status and data.
