2 Safety
2.1 Information about safe usage
Before assembling and using the “Meeting” office caddy, please note the following:
ƒ
The “Meeting” office caddy is designed for indoor use.
ƒ
The “Meeting” office caddy should only be used as described in this user guide.
ƒ
Supervise children and people with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities,
or with limited experience and/or knowledge of this type of product when using the
“Meeting” office caddy.
ƒ
Keep the “Meeting” office caddy away from fire and other sources of ignition.
ƒ
Keep packaging away from children. Plastic bags can lead to suffocation and small items
are a choking hazard.
ƒ
Do not expose the acoustic board to extreme conditions.
ƒ
Do not expose the surface of the “Meeting” office caddy to direct sunlight or radiator heat,
in order to avoid possible material damage caused by high temperatures.
ƒ
The Office Caddy can be moved when loaded and unloaded.
ƒ
One person is required to move the Office Caddy when it is loaded.
ƒ
Use only the handle to move and operate the Office Caddy.
ƒ
The product includes hard roles. These are especially useful for soft floors (like carpets).
Please note that the use of hard castors on hard floors can lead to damage or noise.
2.2 Danger of tipping over

Only use accessories approved by SIGEL with the “Meeting” office caddy.
ƒ
Do not hang clothing or other items on the “Meeting” office caddy. It could fall over, causing
minor injuries or damage to objects.
ƒ
Do not lean or sit on the “Meeting” office caddy.
ƒ
Check that the “Meeting” office caddy has been assembled correctly before use.
ƒ
The “Meeting” office caddy can be loaded with items up to a weight of 16 kg.
ƒ
Always load the “Meeting” office caddy from bottom to top.
ƒ
Store the heaviest items, e.g. piles of paper, in the SIGEL office boxes at the bottom of
the “Meeting” office caddy.

The “Meeting” office caddy is designed for indoor use. It is an ideal companion when you have to
be flexible during project work and participate frequently in different meetings.
