Extending and retracting the handle

Tighten the 4 grommets and the 4 M10 screws (no. 5) using the larger of the enclosed hex
keys (no. 7).
7.
Place the “Workplace” office caddy upright.
8.
Lock the castors to prevent the “Workplace” office caddy from rolling away.

Place 1 metal bracket (no. 4) in the required position on the lower part of the profile (no. 1).
The two nibs on the metal bracket have to engage with the notches on the profile.
10. Tighten 1 M6 screw (no. 6) using the smaller of the enclosed hex keys (no. 8).
11. Repeat steps 9 and 10 for all the other metal brackets. You will find different options for
arranging the office boxes in chapter 5.4, “Combination options for the office boxes”.

12. Slide the office boxes of your choice onto the metal brackets until they click into place.

The “Workplace” office caddy has been successfully assembled.
4.3 Extending and retracting the handle
There is a lock pin on the profile of the “Workplace” office caddy.
To extend the handle, pull the lock pin away from the profile and pull the
handle upwards. When the handle is at the required length, release the lock pin
and allow it to lock back into one of the notches in the profile, preventing the
handle from sliding back down.
To retract the handle, pull the lock pin away from the profile and press the
handle downwards.
