CHIPLINK_RX_SEND: ChipLink Receive Send strobe from the FMC carrier card to HiFive
Unleashed.
CHIPLINK_RX_DATA[31:0]: ChipLink Receive Data bus from the FMC carrier card to HiFive
Unleashed.
CHIPLINK_TX_CLK: ChipLink Transmit Clock from HiFive Unleashed to the FMC carrier card.
CHIPLINK_TX_RST: ChipLink Transmit Reset from HiFive Unleashed to the FMC carrier card.
