Faults and what to do about them.

Faults

Cause/remedy

Water is leaking from the 

appliance.

■

Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.

■

Tighten the threaded joint on the supply hose.

The appliance is not filling 

with water.
The pause function can-

not be activated.

For some programs (e.g. 

Хлопок

 (Cottons)), there is a specific load detection 

step once the program is started. This takes approx. 1 minute. The appliance 

adjusts the amount of water depending on the size of the load. Water is then 

supplied to the drum. The pause function can then be activated.

The appliance is not filling 

with water.
Detergent is not being dis-

pensed.
