Remove only the tagged shipping bolt that is attached to the load cell. This bolt supports the 

weighbridge during transport and installation. 

 

 

 

Note 
DO NOT loosen or tighten the overload bolt—it has been factory set to minimize the 

possibility of load cell damage resulting from incidental overload.

Remove the locking pin on the belt plow and scraper to allow them to contact the belt 

properly. On units with an optional gravity tensioner and tracker the locking pin will also need 

to be removed. 

 

 

 

Note 
Store these pins as they can be used to support the parts during a belt change. 

 

10.

 

Before starting the weighfeeder, make a final check to see that the conveyor belt is free of all 

tools and foreign objects, and that the infeed/skirtboards are not pinching against the belt.
