Scheduling a Report (continued)
To schedule a report by event, specify a condition or event necessary for the
report to be executed. The operator identifies the event by entering the tag
name, attribute, bit name, and bit edge in the fields under the Event
heading (
). These fields are listed below. Press
Enter
each time you
type information in a field.
Tag
Enter the name of the tag containing the bit that triggers the event.
Attribute
Enter the attribute containing the bit that triggers the event.
The default attribute is Status. Status and CTL_Status for area tags are the
only valid attributes.
Bit Name
Enter the name of the bit that triggers the report scheduling
event. If you enter the hexadecimal value of a bit name in this field, the
associated bit name displays.
Bit Edge
Select one of these radio buttons to trigger the event report
scheduling on a rising edge (a status bit transition from 0 to 1) or a falling
edge (a status bit transition from 1 to 0).
NOTE:
Reports scheduled by event may execute when the system
transitions from Offline to Operate or from Operate to Offline.
