Executive Ringer

Incoming calls for the Executive can be forced to the Secretary answering:-

Activate Executive Ringer

- press Exec Ringer key on secretary extension
- Exec Ringer LED is on

ringing on

Incoming calls for the Executive will now ring on the Secretary’s extension.

Cancel Executive Ringer

- press Exec Ringer key on secretary extension
- Exec Ringer LED goes off

ringing off
