The Gigaset USB Stick 108 can affect medical equipment. Therefore, you should pay
attention to the technical conditions of the corresponding environment.

Make sure you include the user guide and the CD-ROM when you pass on your
Gigaset USB Stick 108 to somebody else.

Under no circumstances try to use a damaged device. If in doubt, please contact our
service department, see the chapter "Customer service (Customer Care)" on
page 50.
Notes on secure operation
When you have installed and configured the Gigaset USB Stick 108 on your PC, you
should perform security settings on the wireless network:

Change the SSID for all of the wireless devices within your network
(see "SSID (Service Set Identifier)" on page 18).

Encrypt the communication over your wireless network
(see "Configuration – Security" on page 21).
