Configuring the Advanced Settings

In the

Advanced Settings

menu, you can configure all the options for the Gigaset

SE365 WLAN. If you wish, you can also make changes to the settings you made using
the wizards. The following table shows the menu options.

Menu

Description

Local Network

You can configure the settings for your local network (page 46).

Wireless Network

You can configure the wireless network and protect your device
and network against eavesdropping (see page 49).
You can also optimise the WLAN transmission quality and adapt
it to your requirements (range, transmission rate).
Additionally, you can activate the WPS function.

Administration

You can make or edit various system settings in this menu,
e.g. change the password (see page 61).
You can restart the device (see page 64) and update the
firmware (see page 64).
