the ring delay is as follows:

If no new messages are recorded yet,

the answering machine will answer a

call after

20 seconds

If new messages are already recorded,

it will answer a call after

10 seconds

When you check your answering machine

remotely you will know after around

15 seconds that there are no new mes-

sages (otherwise it would have answered

your call). There will be no call charges if

you hang up now.
