List entry
New messages are at the top. A list entry
contains the following information:

List type (in header)
u
Status of entry (new entries are marked
with a star (*) in the header)

Name of caller, if name is transmitted
using CID or stored in directory
Caller's phone number, if only the num-
ber is transmitted
External Call
, if no number is transmitted
or the caller has not subscribed to Caller
ID
Withheld
, if the caller has withheld Caller
ID
You can add the number of the caller to
the directory (page 17).

Date and time of call (if set, page 10)

behind the text shows
whether the call has come in on Line 1 or
Line 2.
You can manage the entries in the same way
as the entries of the Last Number Redial list
(see page 17).
Note:
You may need to change a caller ID number
before dialing if the number is not displayed in
the correct format.
Caller ID numbers may be stored in the Calls list
with an area code which may not be required for
local calls, or without a 1 which must be dialed for
long distance calls. Pressing the
*
