All entries in your directory will be deleted.
Adding a displayed number to the
directory
Numbers that appear in a list, such as the
Calls list or the Last Number Redial list can be
added to the directory. If you have Caller ID
and the name is transmitted, the first
16 characters of the transmitted name are
copied to the name line.
A number is displayed:

Complete the entry as described in the
section "Saving a number in the direc-
tory" (see page 16).
Last number redial list
The Last Number Redial list contains the 50
numbers last dialed with the handset (max.
32 digits). If a number has been dialed sev-
eral times, only the last try is shown in the
list.

The number is dialed.

Caller ID Presentation (CIP,
see page 13)
The numbers of the last 100 incoming calls
are stored.
The
Ó
icon is shown on the display of the
idle status when incoming calls are stored in
the Calls list. The
Ó
icon flashes if new
missed calls are in the Calls list.
New missed calls and the number of the calls
are shown for the corresponding line on the
display of the idle status, e.g.:
L1:01
L2: 01.

With the handset in the idle status, open
the Calls list by pressing the

(CID) key.
