The ET 200 handheld then displays the station number for 3
seconds.
Ports are displayed with diagnostics if the ET 200B station
has diagnostics capability.
Select the port for the STATUS/FORCE function and con-
firm with

The port appears on the display with the status of the con-
nections.
Outputs: Force the outputs with 0 or 1. Use the cursor to
change the output port without switching off outputs. The
outputs are switched with

Inputs: Use the cursor to change the input port. You can
“freeze” the status of the inputs
. The “frozen” status is
represented by a propeller symbol. Terminate “freezing”

Diagnostics: If “Dia” blinks, a diagnostic bit has been set
for another port. If a diagnostics bit has been set on the
same port, the diagnostics message is output instead of the
status of the outputs.
