Unlocking User Accounts
NOTE:
This feature is only accessible to users with Administrator privileges.
1. Click Admin.
2. Click Logins.
3. Click the locked user account in the list.

The account settings display on the right side of the page.
4. Click the Unlock Account button.
5. Click the Save button.

displays and the account is now unlocked.
Users who have locked their accounts may be able to unlock them without
Administrator intervention by clicking the Trouble signing in? link below the Sign In
button on the EcoView Web login page.
Site Activation and Checkout
The Site Activation page enables you to create an activation code to allow new sites to
establish communication with the Siemens Cloud Services (SCS). Once you have pre-
configured the site, an activation code is generated, which you then must enter at the
EcoView MicroPad controller during installation. Once the MicroPad controller reports
the activation code to the Siemens Cloud Services, data communication begins.
