Further steps to remove the in-linefuse switch-disconnector sizes 1, 2 and 3:

Strike the open device
cover (at an angle of
approx. 90° to the
front) with the edge of
your hand on the outer
left-hand side near the
hinge, so as to remove
it from the hinge. Hold
the cover with your
other hand near the
lock, so as to apply
counterforce (see Fig.).

Attach the tool for
removing the device
(order no. 3NJ6916-
4BA00) on the left-
hand side in the hinge
at the top and bottom
and engage it.

Check that the tool is
firmly in place by pul-
ling on it gently. Then
grasp the tool with
both hands and pull
the device smartly
away from the con-
tacts. Now place one
hand under the device
ans pull it out beyond
the cubicle front.
