Safety information and hazard warnings
Important notice
Read the following notice carefully prior to the first commissioning.
Warning!
- Fire hazard and danger of an electric shock!
- Children should not have unsupervised access to the unit.
- If children have access to the appliance, we recommend that the
hexagon screw is left in the safety device of the hood.
- Only plug the Euro mains plug on the standard connection cable
into a suitable 230 volts AC mains socket.
- Immediately replace the power supply cable if it is kinked or if
the jacketing is damaged.
- If a solid object or liquid gets into the inside of the unit, switch off
and disconnect the unit immediately and isolate from the mains.
Cleaning
Cleaning the unit
- Before commencing cleaning always disconnect the power sup-
ply (never pull on the cable) to isolate the unit from the mains.
- Do not use any aggressive substances or detergents with solvent
content for cleaning, as the unit's surface can be damaged.
- When cleaning the unit, liquid must not penetrate inside the
interior part.
