Server administration – device parameters
General
Name
Displayed device name in the Access system (contacts, phonebooks etc.).
Description
Short description (e.g. model designation of the manufacturer or other
information for device differentiation or logical assignment).
Address (KNX)
Physical address of a KNX device in the KNX network (e.g. 10.12.200)
Data type (KNX)
KNX function which can be initiated via the Access server. The Access server
can send exclusively binary switching commands (On/Off).
Call number
Internally assigned call number of the device (e.g. 121).
Assignment
The standard entry is the designation of the higher-level user (e.g. Mr.
Maier). The designation can be changed at any time.
Software type
Unchangeable information field for categorization of the software client's
software.
Account name
Unchangeable information field.
The account name is generated by the
Access server and is required for login at the Access server.
Password
Central password which was adopted from the higher-level users and is
required for login at the Access server.
The password is automatically assigned by the Access server and can be
changed on the user level at any time.
Using as an autonomous telephone
Selection of whether the software client should be used

MAC address
Unique physical hardware address of the Access indoor station or the Access
door loudspeaker controller.
Installation type
Only with Access indoor stations AHF and AHFV. Depending on the
mounting method (wall or table-top operation), the microphone behaviour
changes (echo cancelling).
With table-top operation, echo formation can
occur when choosing the wrong mounting method, as the microphone is
located on the underneath of the device and feedback can be created at the
loudspeaker due to reflections from the tabletop.
Hardware revision
Unchangeable information field which indicates the revision status of this
indoor device.
