4) Rear brake: At the handle bar, slightly release the locking nut with #5
Allen key. Insert the long cable-end into the right handle bar brake lever,
then adjust and tighten locking nut. Test rear brake lever for proper
tension and correct action.
5) Front brake: Repeat above procedure for front brake. Test front brake
lever for proper tension and correct action.
6) Cut access cable with wire cutter. Attach and press cable end.
7) Install reflector with nut and washer on front bracket.
8) Pump 55 psi into the wheels, and check the brakes.
9) Fender assembly is optional. Use the Philips screws that are in the
plastic bag. For the front fender, use two Philips screws, one for each
stay, and one bolt, washer and nut for connecting to the front fork. For
the rear fender, use two Philips screws, one for each stay, and a third
screw for connecting to the frame.
