Montering av AC-motor og aksel/kobling

Fitting the AC motor and shaft/coupling

EN

To ensure a long lifetime for the shaft, the connecting units should 

be aligned as exactly as possible. The total displacement is a 

combination of axial, radial and angular misalignment.

Bolts and tightening torque

Use only original bolts delivered with the Universal Joint Shaft. 

The bolt threads are coated with glue retention Inbus Plus. 

The glue will harden within 4-5 hours at 20˚C.

Attention: Do not use oil or grease on bolts except a small 

amount of grease at the contact area between bolt heads and 

rubber element bushings. (To avoid twisting of the rubber 

element during tightening of bolts). Loctite or anaerobic 

adhesives may not be used additionally since vulcanization 

can be destroyed.

For å sikre lengst mulig levetid for akselen må koblingene rettes 

opp så nøyaktig som mulig. Den totale forskyvningen er en 

kombinasjon av aksiell, radiell og vinkel forskyvning.

Tiltrekningsmoment

Bruk kun de originale boltene levert med akselen. Boltenes 

gjenger er innsatt med gjengelim Inbus Plus. 

Limet vil herde innen 4-5 timer ved 20˚C.

NB: Bruk ikke olje eller fett på boltene untatt en minimal 

mengde fett ved kontaktflaten mellom boltens hode og 

gummiforingene (for å unngå vridning av gummielementet 

når boltene strammes). Loctite eller anaerobe lim må IKKE 

benyttes siden dette kan ødelegge vulkaniseringen.
