Troubleshooting

Prerequisites

•

No pressure must be applied when working on parts carrying compressed air.

Troubleshooting

If the airWiper does not work despite cleaning, the entire system must be checked.

Important points to isolate the fault:

•

Settings and signals of the safety laser scanner

•

Settings and signals of the controller

•

Compressed air supply (pressure, available air)

•

Switching behavior of the valves

•

Electrical and pneumatic lines and connections

•

Air nozzles of the airWiper
