WARRANTY
By purchasing a SHX quality product you have acquired an innovative, long lasting and reliable item.
For this SHE device we grant a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase, valid in Austria and Germany!
If service work on your device should nevertheless be necessary during this period, we hereby guarantee you free repair (spare parts
and working hours) or (at the discretion of the company SCHUSS) replace the product. If neither repair nor exchange is possible for
economic reasons, we reserve the right to issue a current value credit.
In any case, please contact the customer hotline as a first step (see instructions for use - "Contact addresses for further information
and service line").
We would like to point out that repair work that has not been carried out by authorized workshops will immediately terminate the
validity of this guarantee.
This guarantee does not include:
•
Damage due to failure to observe the operating instructions
•
Repair or exchange of parts due to normal wear and tear
•
Devices that even partially are used commercially
•
Mechanically damaged devices due to external influences (falls, bumps, breaks, improper use, etc.) and signs of wear
and tear of an aesthetic nature
•
Devices that have been improperly handled
•
Devices that have not been opened by our authorized service workshop
•
Unfulfilled consumer expectations
•
Damage due to force majeure, water, lightning and overvoltage
•
Devices where the type designation and/or serial number on the device has been changed, deleted, made illegible or
removed
•
Defects due to extraordinary pollution
•
Services outside of our authorized workshops, the transport costs to an authorized workshop or to us and back as well
as the associated risks
We would like to point out that a lump sum of € 60.00 (indexed based on CPI 2015, June 2020) will be charged for operating errors
or if no errors were found within the guarantee period.
Providing a guarantee (repair or replacement of the device) does not extend the absolute <guarantee period of 2 years from the date
of purchase
The 2 year warranty is only valid if the original invoice (must contain name and address of the dealer as well as full device name)
and the respective warranty certificate are produced, on which the device type and serial number (can be found on the box and the
device’s rear or bottom) are not be noted!
Please note that the statutory warranty coverage is not altered by this warranty and that it applies in full regardless.
Schuss Home Electronic GmbH and its vicarious agents are only liable for damages in case of gross negligence or intent. Liability
for loss of profit, expected but not incurred savings, consequential damages and damages from third party claims is excluded in any
case. Damages to or for recorded data are always excluded from the liability for damages.
