DMX Protocol 6 Channels 8-bit ( )
Channel 1 - Horizontal movement (Pan)
Push the slider up, in order to move head horizontally (PAN).
Gradual head adjustment from one end of the slider to the other (0-255, 128-center).
The head can be turned by 540°and stopped at any position you wish.
Channel 2 - Vertical movement (Tilt)
Push the slider, up in order to move head vertically (TILT).
Gradual head adjustment from one end of the slider to the other (0-255, 128-center).
The head can be turned by 270°and stopped at any position you wish.
Channel 3 –PAN/TILT Speed
0 Max. Speed (tracking mode)
1 Max. Speed (vector mode)
2-200 From Max Speed (2) to Min. Speed (200) in vector mode
201-204 Fixture reset (hold 10 sec.)
205-255 Max. Speed tracking mode blackout while PAN / TILT is moving
and / or color (gobo changes)
Channel 4 – Lamp ON OFF & Reset
0-3 Shutter closed / Blackout
4-63 Dimmer, from closed to open (0-100%)
64-95 Variable strobe, from slow to fast
96-159 Shutter open
160-191 Pulse-effect 1, in sequences from slow to fast
192-223 Pulse-effect 2, in sequences from fast to slow
224-255 Shutter open
Channel 5 – No Function
Channel 6 – Colours
Linear color change following the movement of the slider. In this way you can stop the color-wheel in any
position – also between two colors creating double-colored beams. Between 191 - 220 and between 225
- 255, the color-wheel rotates continuously the so-called “Rainbow” effect.
