T he ho b is e q uipped with three automatic cooking
f unctions . T he O IL and B UTT E R f unctions can b e
activated on the rear le f t hand cooking zone .
T he SA U CE f unction can b e activated on the f ront
le f t hand cooking zone .

T he cooking zone must b e switched o ff.
1 . Press the b utton at the side o f
the display corresponding to the rear le f t hand
cooking zone in order to activate the O IL and
B UTT E R f unction, or the b utton corresponding to the
f ront le f t hand zone to activate the SA U CE f unction .
2 . T he display will show the speci f ic menu dedicated
to that cooking zone .
3 . Select the cooking f unction b y pressing the and
b uttons at the side o f the display and press “OK”
to start cooking .
T he power level indicator f or the selected hotplate
will display the di ff erent power levels during the
automatic cooking f unction .

I t is not possi b le to programme a cooking time when
using the O IL and B UTT E R cooking programmes .
When the contents o f the pan reach the optimal
temperature, the ho b b uzzer will sound, two short
b eeps will b e emitted every 15 seconds and the
display will show the text A UT O OK .
Food may then b e placed in the pan in the O IL and
B UTT E R cooking programmes ; the sound signal is
interrupted and the automatic adjustment o f the ho b
continues .
When the SA U CE cooking programme is started the
display re q uests that a duration is set . Adjust the
minutes b y pressing the and b uttons at the side
o f the display and press “OK” to con f irm .
T he timer countdown f or the SA U CE cooking
programme b egins once the optimal reduction
temperature has b een reached .
When the set time has elapsed the cooking zone
switches o ff.
T o modi f y the duration set previously, press the
b utton at the side o f the display
corresponding to the cooking zone b eing used .
Press the and b uttons to select the “D UR A TI ON”
option and press “OK” to con f irm .
Adjust the minutes b y pressing the and b uttons
at the side o f the display and press “OK” to modi f y
the time .
During the setting process, press the and
b uttons at the side o f the display to reset the time
value to zero .
If a duration o f 0 : 00 is set, the cooking zone will
switch o ff as soon as the optimal temperature has
b een reached .
T o display the previously set f unction during the
cooking programme, press the
b utton at the side o f the display corresponding to
the cooking zone b eing used . T he display will show
the name o f the active f unction and the remaining
time, i f set .
T he power level o f the cooking zone cannot b e
modi f ied while any o f the automatic f unctions are in
operation .
If the manual controls are not adjusted, the automatic
control maintains its temperature and b oth the visual
and sound alarms continue . If you do not interrupt
this automatic process within ten minutes, the
hotplate switches o ff.
T he b uzzer may b e stopped b y pressing any
b utton on the ho b.

f unction and press “OK” to con f irm .
Select the OFF option b y pressing the and
b uttons at the side o f the display and press the
“OK” b utton to stop the active f unction .
Alternatively, the and b uttons may b e pressed
simultaneously . T he cooking zone will switch o ff.
