Retrieving Tag Data (continued)
After connecting either type of USB tag, a green box will appear around the tag icon in the bottom-right corner of the
screen. This icon verifi es that the USB connection is successful. When connected, the USB tag active display LED will
blink, confi rming a successful connection.
USB tags have dual download capabilities. If a tag’s USB port is damaged, the tag data can be retrieved by scanning the
tag with a Reader.
If the tag has been recording and has data, a screen similar to the one below will appear.
TREKVIEW SOFTWARE
The tag ID number
will show up in the
Tag Tree window.
The left Connect
icon will be outlined
in green when the
tag is successfully
connected.
If the tag has been confi gured,
but has not been put in a "Start"
mode, it will show up in the
"Newly Confi gured" window. To
start a newly confi gured tag, see
page 55.
