1.1 GENERAL
Model WK-142K 2-Wire Vibration Transmitter is most suitable measuring system for shaft vibration of rotating
machinery and the system consists of WL sensor, WW extension cable and WK transmitter.
It detects displacement (gap) between sensor and observed material (target) precisely without physical contact with
target by the eddy current principle, and outputs voltage proportioned to gap from gap out terminal and BNC
connector. Vibration amplitude can be measured by 4 to 20 mA output as consumption of current loop.
1.2 RECEIVING INSPECTION
When the unit is received, inspect it for damage suffered in transport and check whether it is the item you ordered.
In the unlikely event that it was damaged in transport or does not function according to specifications, please
contact the SHINKAWA Office or dealer nearest you.
1.3 STORING
Store the unit under the ambient conditions given in the specification.
Avoid places where it is exposed to high humidity or corrosive gases.
