• To cancel the Re-Name operation, move the cursor to
“CANCEL” by pressing the CURSOR LEFT(
) button,
and then press the ENTER button.
HDMI Assign
You should assign the connected HDMI INs if it is
different with the default settings. You can select
among HDMI 1 to 4 and FRONT. For details, see
“Connecting Video Components” on pages 14 ~ 17.
You can select the desired HDMI IN from HDMI 1
~ HDMI 5, and F.HDMI.
Note
• In such a case that a HDMI IN is assigned to two input
sources or more and when these input sources are
selected, the uncompressed digital video signals (and
digital audio signals when the HDMI Audio Output
is set to “ON“) input into the same HDMI IN can be
output from the HDMI MONITOR OUT of this receiver.
Component Assign
You should assign the connected COMPONENT
VIDEO INs if it is different with the default
settings. You can select desired COMPONENT
VIDEO IN from Component 1 ~ 2. For details, see
“Connecting Video Components” on pages 14 ~ 17.
Note
• In such a case that a COMPONENT VIDEO IN is
assigned to two input sources or more and when
these input sources are selected, the component video
signals can be viewed from the same COMPONENT
VIDEO IN.
Digital Audio Assign
You should assign the connected DIGITAL INs if
it is different with the default settings. You can
select the desired DIGITAL IN from Optical 1 ~ 2
and Coaxial 1 ~ 2. For details, see “Connecting
Audio Components” on pages 18 ~ 19.
Note
• In such a case that a DIGITAL IN is assigned to two
input sources or more and when these input sources
are selected, the digital audio signals can be heard from
the same DIGITAL IN.
Video Mode
Depending on the Video Mode settings, the video
input signal can be converted and output from the
HDMI MONITOR OUT.

always played. The component
video signals are converted and
output from the HDMI MONITOR
OUT.
Composite
The signal that is input into the
(composite) VIDEO IN jack is
always played. The composite
video signal is converted and
output from the HDMI MONITOR
OUT.
Note
• “Component” video input cannot deliver 1080p signals.
