Step 2: Insert CHD603B-U to PC’s USB interface, check it in which virtual COM port, open
"Device Manager" interface as below picture, click the "port" item, if there added a COM port
"CP2101 USB to UART Bridge Controller (COM3)", means the virtual COM port at COM3:

3. RS232 data output format explain:
RS232 output, the baud rate is fixed as: 9600BPS
1 start bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no check-bit.
