When the active L2TP link is disconnected from the server, the router will perform
parameter switching commands in the "check ICMP" by Ping, to detect whether the
connection is interrupt; if Ping failure occurs (for 3 times), the router will switch to the
PPTP link, and maintenance connection of the server.
Application result
At first, the L2TP link was used, and then the L2TP connection was artificially disconnected.
After 3 failures of Ping 192.168.100.1, the router will switch to the PPTP link and maintain
the connection to the server, as shown in figures below.
