Upgrading Service Settings Interface

Please verify and check whether the aviation connector joint of camera is connected to VIN
4 of H3526 MDVR. Please connect the camera to VIN4 if not.
Please verify and check whether the camera is powered on. Please power on the camera if
not.
Please verify and check whether the video line is disconnected or damaged. Please replace
the damaged line.

2.

Why the WEB interface of H3526 MDVR is white without any videos?

It may be the hardware faults. Please contact our Technical Support Engineer to position the
problem.

3.

Why the host is not working after being powered on?

(1)

Check whether the power switch is in “ON” position.

(2)

Check whether the power indicator in the front panel of device is on.

(3)

Check whether the power is within the nominal voltage range.

4.

Why 12V_OUT of wiring harness does not output?

(1)

Check whether there is short circuit between 12V power and negative pole,
12V power and metal head of cable and exposed metal of shell.

(2)

Please contact out Technical Support Engineer to position the problem if it
cannot be saved after the above operation.

5.

There is no video output in the device side when H3526 MDVR device is normally working,
why?

(1)

Check whether the camera of video input terminal is correctly installed.

(2)

Check whether the connection line of video output and the display device are
correctly connected and well contacted.

6.

The device is restarted or is abnormal after the hard disk is connected, why?

The input voltage may be unstable or the power is insufficient. Please ensure the stability of
input power and voltage.

7.

Why can’t I query the current video in local storage?

(1)

Check whether the hard disk is correctly installed and normally identified.

(2)

Check whether the system time in the image is consistent with the current time.
Please select System Settings > Network Time Correction” in Web configuration
interface to correct the system time, as shown in Fig. 5-2.
