After selecting an available ZrO
2
brand from Product Name, there are 4 parameters
that need to be entered. A program will be recommended and able to be launched
automatically, once reviewed by the operator.
TRAY – select from a choice of 1,2 or 3 trays
COOLING – select normal or fast*
COLORING – select YES or NO depending if using a colorant
QUANTITY – enter total quantity of crowns
VIA will recommend a program in the Program Number field.
If acceptable, Press the “Forward” arrow icon and a graph will appear. Review the
recommended program before running the program.
Start the program by pressing the Start icon.

FAST COOLING meaning: Activation of an internal cooling system that shortens the
overall full sintering cycle.
