PERMANENT WATER DRAIN
You have the option to install a permanent water drain, so you
do not have to drain the water tank manually each time you
intend the use the unit for a longer period (or if the water pump
fails).
The airconditioner has two separate condensation water outlets
for different modes
1. DRY MODE
Middle water drain
2. COOL MODE
Lower water drain
Please use the correct water outlet for permanent installation,
because the outlets are tuned to each mode.
To install the permanent water drain, please proceed as follows:
Before you attach a suitable water drainage hose
(12.7mm) to the respective outlet, the water tank must
be completely emptied.
Remove the plug of the permanent condensation water
outlet and attach the drain hose.
Place the other end of the hose in a receptacle or drain,
with the hose not higher than the drain valve and not
kinked.
If the permanent drain is removed, be sure to reinsert the
plug carefully.
NOTE:
You can also attach both hoses at once if you do not want to change them while changing
modes.

Carefully empty the condensed water tank into a suitable container as described in
the section on “emptying the water tank”.
Let the air conditioning unit run for 2 hours in the blower/fan mode until the device is
completely dry inside.
Switch the device off and pull the power plug.
Clean the filter and re-insert it after drying it (see section on “cleaning the air filter”).
Remove the air hose and the accessories and store them carefully.
Remove the batteries from the remote control.
Pack the device and store it at a cool and dry place.
