Connect the unit to a PC (see page 13).

Launch Windows Media Player.
Example:
Start All Programs Windows Media Player

Click "Sync" on the taskbar.

From the drop-down list of "All Music", select a
list with desired audio data.

Select the check boxes of audio data to transfer.

Set the unit as a destination.

Click the "Start Sync" button to start transfer.
