*Check line between rear terminal PWB and pin(52) of IC2001. See FLOW CHART NO.28 DECODER TROUBLESHOOTING.

Is there serial data and clock signal applied to pins (13) and (14) of IC2001? Is there Y signal inputted at pin(37) of IC2001?
Check line between pin(23) of IC2001 and pin(49) of IC701. Is the supply voltage of 5V (OSD Vcc) fed to pin(51) of IC701? Check peripheral circuit of Q708.
RF output : Check the line between Q708 peripheral and RF video input terminal of tuner(TU1401) periphery.
Check line between Q708 and IC2504.
Check the voltage of pin(2) of IC2504.
Check line between pins (13),(14) of IC2001 and pins (56),(57) of IC701. Check line between pin (39) of IC2001 and pin(82) of IC2401. Check line between pin (73) of IC2401 and pin(37) of IC2001.
Check PC 5V line.
