Sending a Fax: Auto Dialling
You can store your most frequently
dialled fax and phone numbers in Rapid
Keys and Speed Dial numbers.

A number stored in a Rapid Key is
dialled by simply pressing the Rapid
Key. A total of 36 Rapid Keys are
available. (Note: Attach the Rapid Key
labels as shown on page 5.)

A number stored in a Speed Dial
number is dialled by pressing
,
the 2-digit Speed Dial number, and
then
. A total of 63 Speed Dial
numbers are available.
Note:
E-mail addresses can also be
stored in Rapid Keys and Speed Dial
numbers (see page 20).

Storing fax and phone numbers
Follow the steps below to store a fax or
phone number using the machine’s
operation panel.

press the desired Rapid Key.
To store a number in a Speed Dial
number, press

desired 2-digit number (01 to 63).
