Ingredients
400 g minced meat (half pork, half beef)
4 tbsp flour
1 tbsp Speisestärke
50 ml milk
50 ml water
1 egg

1. Aus den angegebenen Zutaten einen glatten
Hackfleischteig zubereiten.
Die Masse 5-10 Minuten im Kühlschrank stehen
lassen.
2. Anschließend ca. 8 gleichgroße, flache
Frikadellen formen.
Die Frikadellen auf den Drehteller legen und
garen.
9-12 Min.

Ingredients

1. Mix the butter, mushrooms, onions and garlic in a
shallow gratin dish.

2. Mix the tomatoes, lemon juice, ketchup, basil, salt
and pepper in a bowl.
3. Place the fish fillet on the vegetables and cover
with the sauce.

FILLET OF FISH WITH CHEESE SAUCE
Total cooking time 26 minutes
Utensils:
Bowl with a lid (1 l capacity)
Flan dish (approx 25 cm diameter)
Ingredients

fillets of fish (approx. 800 g
(e.g. plaice or cod)
2 tbsps lemon juice
salt
1 tbsp butter or margarine

onion (50 g), finely chopped
1 tbsp flour (20 g)
100 ml white wine
1 tsp
vegetable oil to grease the dish
100 g grated Emmental cheese
2 tbsps chopped parsley
1. Wash the fillets, dry with kitchen towel. Drizzle
with the lemon juice. Allow to stand for about 15
minutes, then dry again and salt.
2. Spread the butter over the base of the bowl. Add
the chopped onion, cover and cook.

3. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and stir. Pour the
white wine over and mix.
4. Grease the flan dish and place the fillets inside.
Pour the sauce over the fillets, sprinkle with
cheese. Place on the turntable and cook with the
automatic program

Allow the fish to stand for approximately 2
minutes after cooking. Garnish with chopped
parsley and serve.
