EXPRESS COOK, DEFROST & REHEAT OPERATIONS

The

EXPRESS COOK

EXPRESS DEFROST

and

EXPRESS REHEAT

functions automatically work out the

correct cooking mode and cooking time. You can choose from 3

EXPRESS COOK

, 6

EXPRESS DEFROST

and 3

EXPRESS REHEAT

menus.

What you need to know when using this automatic function:

1. Press the

EXPRESS COOK

EXPRESS DEFROST

EXPRESS REHEAT

key.

2. Select the desired menu by touching the screen.
3. To set the weight touch

WEIGHT DECREASE (-)/INCREASE (+)

until the desired weight is displayed.

Enter the weight of the food only. Do not include the weight of the container.
For food weighing more or less than the weights/quantities given in the cooking charts, cook using
manual operation (see separate cookery book).

NOTE:

The programmed cooking times are average times. If you want to alter the cooking times, touch

LESS

(

▼

) or

MORE

(

▲

). For best results use the cooking chart instructions.

4. To start cooking, press the

START/+1min

key.

NOTES:

1. Each menu can provide helpful cooking advice. If you wish to check, touch

INFO

on the screen

whenever it is lit.

2. When manipulation is required (eg: to turn food over) the oven will stop and the audible signal will

sound, the screen will show the message. To continue cooking, press the

START/+1min

key.

3. The final temperature of the food will vary according to its initial temperature. Check food is piping hot

after cooking. If necessary, you can extend the cooking time. Always refer to the cooking charts given in
the separate cookery book.

Suppose you want to cook 600 g of Frozen Vegetables using

Check the display.
