1  Whisk together eggs and milk. Season.  
2  Place butter in a 25.4cm (10”) flan dish.  

Heat on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute, until 
melted.  Coat the dish with the melted butter. 

3 Pour omelette mixture into flan dish. Cook

on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes. Whisk 
mixture and cook again on HIGH (100%)
for 1 minute.

1  Melt the butter in a bowl on MEDIUM HIGH 

(70%) for 30 seconds.

2 Add the eggs, milk and seasoning and mix well.
3 Cook on MEDIUM HIGH (70%) for 26 

minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
