Do audio signals output from pins [ 2/MONI̲HP̲R , 3/MONI̲HP̲L ] of J504(HP Jack/AUDIO OUT)?
Is HP̲PLUG [1pin] of J504 at "H" ?

Check the setting of an external input device that connects with
J504.
And check the line between J504 and IC3301(Digital AV decode &
Main CPU)
Is HPOUT̲MUTE at "H" ?
Is HP̲MUTE [B27] of IC3301 at "H"?
Is AUDIO̲MUTE(MUTE̲A̲ALL) [pin 23] of IC2004(UCOM) at "H"?

Check the line between J504 and HPOUT̲MUTE.
