The TV set can not power on

(No Power Supply)

Check Pin9&Pin 10 of CN4 for 12V

Check if the Power Board is OK

1. Check E5 for 5V
2. Check the out of Q5 for 5V
3. Check U1 U4 for 3.3V
4. Check E1 for 1.8V
5. Check E2 for 1.3V
6. Check D3 for 2.5V

Check if the LVDS cable is right and if well
