<During external connection> No picture on the external monitor (3)
SCART1:
NNo picture appears on EXT1 -connected monitor during the
DTV or tuner (U/V) reception.
Checklist:
1) Are input terminal on back of TV and “INPUT SOURCE” button
on the remote control set up correctly?

See the operation manual and
set “INPUT SOURCE” appropriately.
2) Is SCART-CABLE disconnected or connected improperly?

Connect it correctly according to the operation manual.
3) When the monitor picture is not sent and is not displayed on the monitor, refer to “No picture” for each terminal.
Is video signal output to pin (19) of SCART1 (SC501)?
YES Check SCART1 , external connection or input setting.
NO
Is video signal (SCART-V-OUT) output from pin (22) of IC501
(AV-SW)? YES Check pin (19) of SCART1 (SC501) and peripheral circuits.
NO
Is IF video signal (VIDEO_OUT) output from pin (6) of Tuner
(TU201)? YES Check pin (41) of IC501 (AV-SW) and peripheral circuits.
NO
Check the B5V/5V(CONT)/IF5V power supply input pins (11)/(1)/
(3) of Tuner (TU201), pins (9)(8) of I2C line, and soldering.
