When the Install Print Cartridge window appears, click Old Black
Cartridge Installed or Old Color Cartridge Installed depending on
whether a black cartridge or color cartridge is installed in the Sharp
Colour MFP.

Note: You must select the appropriate button above so that the
printer driver in your notebook computer knows what kind of
cartridge is installed.

The Sharp Color MFP will print a test page for print cartridge
alignment. In the Align Cartridge dialog box, enter the number of
the line on the test page that comes closest to forming a perfectly
straight line. Click OK.

This step is necessary even if the cartridge in the Color MFP has
already been aligned.

The Select Component to Install window appears.

If you want to be able to transfer files by infrared between your
notebook computer and the computer attached to the Sharp MFP,
select Sharp Remote File Transfer Application. The application
will be installed in your notebook computer.

If you don’t want to install the file transfer application, select
Cancel. The Exit Setup dialog box will appear telling you that
setup is not complete. Click Exit Setup.
