[18] INVERTER UNIT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the power supply cord, and then remove the outer case
and the back plate assembly.
2. Open the door and block it open.
3. Wait for 60 seconds to discharge the high voltage capacitors of the
inverter unit.
4. Disconnect the high voltage wire from the magnetron terminal with
insulated pliers.
5. Make the terminal (metal part) of the high voltage wire contact to
the magnetron body with insulated pliers.
6. Now, the capacitors of the inverter unit are discharged.
WARNING: Use the pliers that the portions of their handles are insu-
lated completely to avoid an electric shock.
7. Remove the bottom plate, referring to “BOTTOM PLATE
REMOVAL”.
8. Disconnect the wire leads and the connectors from the inverter unit
assembly.
9. Remove the one (1) screw earthing the inverter unit assembly to
the bottom plate.
10.Remove the two (2) screws holding the inverter unit assembly to
the bottom plate.
11.Remove the inverter unit assembly from the bottom plate.
12.Now, the inverter unit assembly is free.
[19] CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the power supply cord, and then remove the outer case
and the back plate assembly.
2. Open the door and block it open.
3. Wait for 60 seconds to discharge the high voltage capacitors of the
inverter unit.
4. Disconnect the high voltage wire from the magnetron terminal with
insulated pliers.
5. Make the terminal (metal part) of the high voltage wire contact to
the magnetron body with insulated pliers.
6. Now, the capacitors of the inverter unit are discharged.
WARNING: Use the pliers that the portions of their handles are insu-
lated completely to avoid an electric shock.
7. Remove the bottom plate, referring to ÅgBOTTOM PLATE
REMOVALÅh.
8. Disconnect the wire leads and the connectors from the control unit.
9. Remove the one (1) screw earthing the control unit to the bottom
plate.
10.Remove the two (2) screws holding the control unit the PWB
holder.
11.Remove the control unit from the PWB holder.
12.Now, the control unit is free.
NOTE: After the control unit is reinstalled, make sure that the main
harness, the control harness and the humidity sensor harness
are held with the one (1) wire holder and the one (1) purse
lock LL as shown in the picture.
[20] DISPLAY UNIT REPLACEMENT
When the display unit is replaced, carry out " “ citrate
washing).
Because If the display unit is replaced, the number of times for
" “(citrate washing) is not taken over to new display unit.
