Check the network cable is properly inserted. 

Cause 

AR-NC5J not installed. 
AR-NC5J control pwb trouble

Remedy 

Check the AR-NC5J is installed onto the ARP16. 
Output a test configuration page to check firmware version. 
Replace the AR-NC5J 

Cause 

Network cable failure. 
Network setup failure. 
SMTP server/FTP server/NST trouble.

Remedy 

Check the network cable is inserted properly. 
Check the connected network supports TCP/IP protocol. 
Check from the web page that the Primary/Secondary E-Mail server 
address or the destination FTP server/Desktop PC address are properly 
set. 
If the above address is described with Hostname, check that the DNS 
server is properly set. 
Check that the SMTP server/FTP server/NST causes trouble or not.
